KlikFakta.com, KUDUS – Bupati Kudus Hartopo meninjau pelaksanaan vaksinasi di SD 2 Jati Wetan, Rabu (5/1/21). Dalam kunjungannya tersebut, Hartopo salut dengan inovasi di Kecamatan Jati tersebut.
Pasalnya, dalam pelaksanaanya tak hanya vaksinasi bagi anak usia 6-11 tahun, namun beberapa lansia juga datang untuk divaksin.
“Inovasinya bagus, bisa aja sekalian nganter cucunya vaksin,” kata Hartopo.
Pihaknya menyebut, inovasi tersebut sejalan dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kudus yang terus menggenjot vaksinasi. Sebagai tambahan informasi, capaian vaksinasi di Desa Jati Wetan mencapai 62,3 persen.
Pemkab Kudus melakukan berbagai metode vaksinasi lansia mulai door to door hingga secara massal. Meskipun belum signifikan, jumlah lansia yang telah divaksin terus bertambah. Pihaknya menargetkan presentase vaksinasi lansia dosis pertama dapat mencapai 70 persen pada akhir Januari.
“Vaksinasi lansia masih berjalan setiap hari. Ya memang peningkatannya belum signifikan tapi target kami akhir Januari bisa sampai 70 persen,” paparnya.
Melakukan tinjauan vaksinasi, Hartopo mengingatkan agar tim observasi aktif mengecek kondisi anak-anak dan lansia saat pemantauan kejadian ikutan pasca imunisasi (KIPI). Ketika observasi berjalan lima menit, petugas diminta bertanya yang dirasakan setelah divaksin. Sehingga penanganan lanjutan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat.
“Tim observasi harus aktif bertanya apa yang dirasakan setelah divaksin, jangan diam saja menunggu observasi selesai,” ucapnya.
Hartopo mengacungi jempol anak-anak yang divaksin. Mereka kebanyakan tidak menangis dan tenang saat disuntik. Pihaknya juga sempat menenangkan anak yang menangis dengan mengajak ngobrol dan menjelaskan disuntik tidak sakit. Pelaksaan vaksinasi pada sekitar 102 anak SD 2 Jati Wetan yang berjalan sukses diapresiasi oleh Bupati Kudus.
“Sudah bagus pelaksanaanya. Kalau vaksinasi anak usia 6-11 tahun kami yakin bisa selesai dengan cepat,” ungkapnya.
