KlikFakta.com, JEPARA – DPRD Jepara telah menyetujui pengaturan pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah dalam satu regulasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Jepara tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah.
Penetapan perda usulan dewan melalui rapat paripurna Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Jepara pada Jumat (19/8/2023).
Penjabat Bupati Jepara Edy Supriyanta menyampaikan apresiasi kepada DPRD Jepara karena telah menyetujui Perda tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah.
Selain itu, rapat paripurna turut menyetujui tiga Perda lain. Di antaranya Fasilitasi Penyelenggaraan Pesantren; Penyelenggaraan Lalu Lintas Dan Angkutan Jalan; serta Program Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah.
Perda pajak dan retribusi tersebut nantinya akan memberi kepastian hukum bagi pemda maupun masyarakat, memberi kemudahan, sekaligus menjadi landasan hukum upaya meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah.
Hal tersebut berdasarkan Pasal 94 Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 tentang Hubungan Keuangan Antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintahan Daerah.
Pemkab Jepara berkomitmen untuk terus mengawal penerapan Perda tersebut.
“Kami akan kawal dan kami akan kami laksanakan dengan sebaik-baiknya sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku,” ungkapnya.
Rapat paripurna tersebut dipimpin Ketua DPRD Jepara Haizul Ma’arif didampingi tiga wakil ketua dewan, yakni Junarso, Pratikno, dan Nuruddin Amin. Hadir pula jajaran Forkopimda serta para pimpinan perangkat daerah. adv
