KlikFakta.com, JEPARA – Partisipasi pemilih pada Pemilu 2024 di Kabupaten Jepara mengalami peningkatan. Tahun ini, angka partisipasi pemilih di Jepara mencapai 85 persen.
“Pada pemilu 2019 tingkat partisipasi pemilih berkisar 82 persen,” demikian kata Anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Jepara, Muhammadun, Kamis (7/3).
Ia menjelaskan, jumlah Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT) Pemilu 2024 di Jepara mencapai 914.996 orang. Jumlah ini tersebar di 3.490 tempat pemungutan suara (TPS) di 16 kecamatan.
Plus Daftar Pemilihan Tambahan (DPTb) sebanyak 3.219 orang.
Pada Pemilu 2024 kemarin, katanya, ada 786.879 orang yang menggunakan hak pilihnya.
Menurutnya, peningkatan partisipasi pemilih Pemilu ini tidak lepas dari peran berbagai pihak untuk menyosialisasikan tahapan pemilu.
Meliputi penyelenggara pemilu, pemerintah daerah, partai politik, hingga organisasi masyarakat.
“KPU Jepara juga sudah secara masif melakukan sosialisasi Pemilu 2024, termasuk menyasar tingkat kecamatan hingga pedesaan,” katanya.
