KlikFakta.com, JEPARA – Dalam menyambut Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Jepara 2024, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Jepara menyerahkan hibah daerah sebesar Rp58,3 Miliar. Dana hibah ini diberikan kepada Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Jepara dan Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Jepara.
Naskah perjanjian hibah daerah tersebut ditandatangani di Ruang Rapat Sosrokartono Setda Jepara, Jumat, (10/11/2023).
Hadir mewakili Penjabat (Pj) Bupati Jepara Asisten I Sekda Jepara Ratib Zaini, Kapolres Jepara AKBP Wahyu Nugroho Setyawan, Komandan Kodim 0719/Jepara yang diwakili Kepala Staf Kodim Mayor Arm Syarifuddin Widianto, Ketua KPU Jepara Ris Andy Kusuma, Ketua Bawaslu Jepara Sujiantoko, dan pimpinan perangkat daerah terkait.
“Pemerintah Kabupaten Jepara telah menyiapkan anggaran guna mendukung pelaksanaan pilkada/pemilihan bupati dan wakil bupati serentak tahun 2024 untuk KPU, Bawaslu, Polres, dan Kodim sebesar Rp58,3 miliar,” kata Ratib.
Ia menjelaskan alokasi dana hibah itu kepada KPU Rp46,4 miliar, Bawaslu Rp7 miliar, pengamanan Kodim sebesar Rp1,4 miliar, dan pengamanan Polres Jepara sebanyak Rp3,5 miliar.
Dana tersebut menurutnya sudah dicadangkan sejak tahun anggaran 2022 sebesar Rp20 miliar. Kemudian di tahun anggaran 2023 sebesar Rp20 miliar, dan sisanya akan dianggarkan Pemkab Jepara di tahun 2024 nanti.
Besaran dana hibah tersebut sebelumnya telah dibahas dan disepakati bersama oleh Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) bersama KPU dan Bawaslu dan dituangkan dalam berita acara untuk menjadi dasar pencantuman besaran anggaran kegiatan Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati dalam APBD tahun anggaran 2023 dan tahun anggaran 2024.
“Penyediaan dana hibah ini telah dianggarkan di tahun 2023 sebesar 40% dan TA 2024 sebanyak 60% dari dana hibah yang telah disepakati bersama,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Ratib berharap agar pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024 nanti dapat berjalan sukses. Sebagaimana arahan Pj Gubernur Jawa Tengah Nana Sudjana dalam Rapat Koordinasi Lintas Sektoral Operasi Mantap Brata Candi 2023-2024 pada 10 Oktober 2023 lalu.
“Ada 3 indikator kesuksesan pemilu, pertama tingginya partisipasi pemilih, tidak ada konflik dalam pelaksanaan, dan pemerintahan pusat hingga daerah berjalan lancar sehingga pelayanan masyarakat tidak terganggu,” ucap Ratib.
Nantinya NHPD tersebut akan digunakan sebagai dasar pencairan dana hibah.
