Menurutnya, kegiatan itu sangat mengganggu karena bunyi-bunyian dan lagu diputar dengan volume keras, sehingga membuat gaduh.
Bahkan volume memekakan telinga juga membuat kaca rumah bergetar dan genting rumah berjatuhan.
“Kami sudah peringatkan ada tidak ada yang menggelar perang air hingga SOTR menggunakan pengeras suara karena sangat mengganggu lingkungan. Jadi yang melanggar kami lakukan pembinaan,” katanya, Minggu (24/3/2024).
Cahyo menuturkan tidak ada larangan membangunkan sahur. Namun jangan sampai mengganggu warga lain yang tidak berpuasa.
Kepolisian juga mengamankan satu kendaraan pick up dengan satu set pengeras suara (sound system) dan satu kendaraan pick up yang memuat ratusan bungkus kantong plastik untuk perang air.
Pihaknya kemydian membawa belasan remaja itu ke Polres Jepara untuk pendataan. Setelah itu mereka mendapat pembinaan dan pemanggilan orang tua.
Mereka juga harus membuat surat perjanjian tidak akan mengulangi perbuatannya.
Sementara dua pick up disita Polres Jepara agar tidak disalahgunakan lagi.
