Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Jepara Edy Sujatmiko mengatakan hal itu dalam pertemuan antara Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda) Kabupaten Jepara dengan Forkopimcam se-Kabupaten Jepara di Ono Joglo Bandengan, Jepara, pada Rabu (31/1/2024) siang.
Forum Peningkatan Kapasitas dan Diskusi Panel oleh Forkopimda kepada Forkopimcam ini bertemakan “Cipta Kondisi Wilayah Menghadapi Pemilu 2024”.
Menurut Edy, Kabupaten Jepara mencatatkan partisipasi tinggi pada lima jenis pemilihan di Pemilu 2019 lalu. Meliputi Pilpres, DPRRI, DPD, DPRD provinsi, dan DPRD kabupaten.
“Angka partispasinya 83 persen, melampaui target nasional 77,5 persen,” katanya.
Ia berharap bisa meningkatkan partisipasi itu di tahun 2024. Namun harus ada parameter sukses lain yang harus dicapai, yaitu terjaganya kondusifitas.
“Maka supaya tidak timbul masalah, di sini kita perlu pertegas lagi netralitas kita,” katanya.
Netralitas itu, lanjut Edy, harus sampai tingkat RT dan RW. “Karena RT dan RW berstatus sebagai LKD (Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Desa) yang oleh Mendagri ditentukan netralitasnya,” tambahnya.
Komandan Kodim 0719/Jepara Mokhamad Husnur Rofiq mengungkapkan jika Kabupaten Jepara berada pada ancaman kerawanan sedang. Karena itu pihaknya menekankan deteksi dini, monitoring, dan pelaporan di setiap tahapan.
Ketua DPRD Haizul Ma’arif juga menekankan silaturahmi antar elemen masyarakat untuk menjaga suasana kondusif.
Untuk menjamin kelancaran Pemilu 2024, dalam fungsi budgetting, lembaganya menyetujui share anggaran daerah lebih dari Rp58 miliar.
Selanjutnya, Kapolres Wahyu Nugroho Setyawan menyebut, pentingnya soliditas dalam mewujudkan Pemilu yang kondusif. Dia juga menekankan agar kampanye tidak melupakan sikap santun.
Sedangkan Plt. Kasi Intel Kejaksaan Negeri Jepara Sulistyo Utomo menegaskan sebagai unsur Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (Gakumdu), Kejari siap menegakkan aturan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
