klikFakta.com, KUDUS – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menangkap Bupati Kudus Tamzil, Sekda Kudus dan sejumlah pejabat hingga staf pada Jum’at (26/7/2019). Berikut kronologi peristiwa penggeledahan, penyegelan dan penangkapan yang dilakukan KPK.
Berdasarkan keterangan yang dihimpun klikFakta.com, sekira pukul 11.00, sebanyak enam orang anggota KPK mendatangi kantor Pemkab Kudus. Dikawal oleh sejumlah aparat, tim dari lembaga anti rasuah melakukan penggeledahan.
Setelah melakukan penggeledahan, tim KPK melakukan penyegelan sejumlah ruangan, yakni ruang Sekda Kudus, dan ruang staf khusus Bupati Kudus.
Selanjutnya, tim KPK melakukan penggeledahan di rumah dinas Sekda Kudus. Kemudian mengamankan sejumlah dokumen dan menangkap Bupati Kudus dan beberapa pejabt lain hingga staf.
Pihak KPK sampai saat ini masih dalam tahap penyelidikan terhadap para terduga kasus Korupsi suap jabatan kepala dinas di lingkungan Pemkab Kudus.
Selain ruang dan rumah Sekda dan staf khusus Bupati Kudus yang digeledah KPK. Ruang Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) juga digeledah KPK.
Sedikitnya sembilan orang yang telah diamankan oleh KPK. Mereka diduga melakukan tindak pidana korupsi berupa suap jabatan Kepala Dinas.
Wakil Ketua KPK Basaria dalam keterangannya mengatakan, saat ini pihak-pihak yang diamankan sudah dibawa ke kantor kepolisian setempat untuk menjalani pemeriksaan intensif. KPK memiliki waktu 1X24 jam untuk menentukan status hukum dari pihak-pihak yang diamankan.
“Apakah memenuhi syarat untuk ditetapkan sebagai tersangka atau pun saksi. Informasi lebih lengkap akan disampaikan besok di kantor KPK melalui konferensi pers,” kata Basaria.
