Klikfakta.com, JEPARA – Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Bupati Jepara Dian Kristiandi secara resmi menutup kegiatan Pelatihan Akbar Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) di Gedung Wanita Jepara, Kamis (21/11/2019). Sekitar 1000 guru PAUD mengikuti kegiatan ini selama tiga hari sejak Selasa (19/11/2019).
Pelatihan Akbar dengan tema “Pendekatan Efektif dan Saintifik untuk Membentuk Akhlak, Daya Pikir Kritis dan Kreatifitas Anak” ini diselenggarakan oleh Indonesia Heritage Foundation (IHF) yang bekerjasama dengan Organisasi Aksi Solidaritas Era Kabinet Indonesia Maju (OASE KIM), Dirjen Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan serta Disdikpora Kabupaten Jepara.
Dalam sambutannya, Plt Bupati Jepara Dian Kristiandi menyampaikan apresiasi kepada sekitar seribu guru PAUD dari berbagai wilayah yang selama tiga hari telah bersungguh-sungguh, antusias dan sabar mengikuti kegiatan ini. “Apa yang ibu-ibu guru laksanakan selama tiga hari ini bernilai sangat penting bagi kelangsungan Jepara di masa mendatang. Karena di tangan ibu guru semua, karakter generasi penerus Jepara akan dibentuk,” kata Andi.
Berdasarkan data yang ada, kata Andi, di Kabupaten Jepara setidaknya terdapat 1096 lembaga pendidikan PAUD sederajat. Ini merupakan tanggungjawab bersama untuk mengembangkan lembaga tersebut agar menajdi wadah pemondokan karakter terbaik bagi generasi penerus Jepara nantinya.
“Oleh karena itu, pelatihan ini menjadi bekal berharga bagi para guru dalam membentuk pribadi anak yang berkarakter. Pendidikan karakter ini sangat penting ditanamkan sejak dini agar bangsa kita ini memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi, tanggungjawab dan disiplin,” ungkapnya.
Guru sebagai agen perubahan, lanjut Andi, harus menjiwai karakter unggul yang akan ditanamkan secara holistik kepada peserta didik dengan keteladanan. “Guru yang penuh cinta, yang berkomunkasi dengan positif, kreatif dan menyenangkan akan sangat efektif dalam menanamkan karakter kepada peserta didik,” jelas politikus PDIP tersebut.
Andi menambahkan, mengingat besarnya manfaat dari kegiatan ini, dirinya berpesan kepada ibu-ibu guru agar bisa menerapkan dengan baik apa yang sudah didapat. Selain itu, jadikan pelatihan ini sebagai ajang sosialisasi serta silaturahmi antar pendidik. “Dengan saling mengenal maka bisa saling bertukar ilmu dan pengalaman,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut Andi berharap keberadaan lembaga PAUD di Kabupaten Jepara dapat benar-benar memebri warna terhadap pembangunan karakter bangsa ini. Sehingga nantinya tercipta generasi yang tangguh, cerdas, sehat dan berkarakter serta berakhlak mulia. “Dengan demikian generasi emas di Indonesia bisa tercipta demi masa depan bangsa ini,” tandasnya.
