ASN Wonogiri yang Foto Ciumannya Tersebar Dapat Sanksi Disiplin

KlikFakta.com – Dua aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan Wonogiri dapat sanksi disiplin usai foto ciuman mereka tersebar.

Kedua ASN tersebut adalah S (laki-laki) yang merupakan kordinator wilayah (korwil) di salah satu kecamatan dan R (perempuan) merupakan guru yang menjabat kepala SD.

Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Wonogiri Djoko Purwidyatmo pada wartawan mengatakan pihaknya telah memberi hukuman disiplin bagi keduanya.

“Tidak sampai ke ranah hukum,” ungkapnya, Selasa (2/5/2023).

ASN Wonogiri yang fotonya berciuman itu sudah memiliki pasangan masing-masing.

Djoko menjelaskan, S mendapat sanksi disiplin berupa pemberhentian dengan hormat.

Sebelumnya, pihaknya memberi S dua pilihan. Antara diberhentikan dengan hormat atau turun pangkat.

“Yang bersangkutan (S) Juni depan sudah pensiun. Jadi ini pensiun lebih awal, mulai Mei ini,” ucap Djoko.

Tapi, ia menegaskan S akan tetap mendapat haknya ketika pensiun.

“Saat pensiun yang bersangkutan masih mendapatkan hak-haknya (sesuai pangkat terakhir),” katanya.

Sementara R dicopot sebagai guru dan dipindah menjadi staf di Disdikbud Wonogiri. Sanksi tersebut berlaku selama 12 bulan atau 1 tahun.

“Masa kerjanya masih 13 tahun. Kalau dia mau jadi guru lagi, harus nunggu 12 bulan. Selain itu harus ikut uji kompetensi ulang,” katanya.

Berdasarkan pengakuan kedua pihak, foto tersebut tak sengaja R unggah ke status Whatsapp.

ASN yang laki-laki mengaku tidak tahu R memfotonya. “Kalau dilihat dari fotonya memang yang laki-laki sedang menyetir dan mengarah ke depan,” pungkasnya.
