Apel itu terlaksana di Lapangan Apel Wicaksana Laghawa Polres Kudus. Adapun Kapolres Kudus AKBP Dydit Dwi Susanto selaku pemimpin apel membacakan amanat Kapolda Jateng Irjen Pol Ahmad Luthfi.
Operasi ini akan dilaksanakan selama 14 hari kedepan. Tepatnya mulai tanggal 7 – 20 Februari 2023.
Operasi ini merupakan operasi cipta kondisi kamseltibcarlantas yang kondusif menjelang Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1444 H tahun 2023.
“Operasi Keselamatan Lalu Lintas Candi tahun ini mengedepankan 40% giat preemtif, 40% giat preventif serta didukung 20% giat Gakkum guna mewujudkan Kamseltibcarlantas yang aman, nyaman dan selamat,” katanya.
Ia berpesan kepada setiap personel agar slalu berdoa sebelum bertugas dan mengutamakan keselamatan. Selain itu, ia mewanti-wanti agar melakukan deteksi dini terhadap dinamika dan fenomena selama menjalankan tugas. Sehingga nantinya mampu melakukan langkah pencegahan.
Selanjutnya, para personel harus menghindari sikap kontraproduktif dan arogan.
“Lakukan tugas Operasi Keselamatan Lalu Lintas Candi 2023 dengan baik dan penuh rasa tanggung jawab, profesional dengan persuasif, humanis sehingga tidak menimbulkan komplain dari masyarakat,” pungkasnya.
Sebagai informasi bahwa angka pelanggaran tahun 2022, mencapai 1.068.344 pelanggaran. Jumlah ini naik pesat daripada tahun 2021 yang mencapai 307.744 pelanggaran. Artinya, kenaikannya mencapai 71 persn (760.600 pelanggaran).
