“Survei tahun 2022 sudah selesai, angkanya turun ke 21,6 persen,” paparnya. Sementara prevalensi stunting di tahun 2021 mencapai 24,2 persen.

“Rencananya kita di 2023 akan mengejar ke angka 17 persenan, sehingga angka kepala 14 persen bisa kita capai di 2024,” ungkap Budi.
Guna mencapai target itu, penanganan stunting di 12 provinsi prioritas akan dikebut. Adapun ke-12 provinsi itu meliputi Aceh, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Nusa Tenggara Tengah, kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Barat, Sumetra Utara, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, dan Banten.
Budi menerangkan, BKKBN menjadi koordinator untuk seluruh intervensi. Sedangkan Kemenkes “akan fokus ke intervensi spesifik dan kita akan fokus ke 12 provinsi prioritas agar benar-benar target 14 persen bisa tercapai”.
