KlikFakta.com, KUDUS – Bupati Kudus Hartopo berkomitmen akan memperjuangkan nasib guru PPPK di wilayah Kabupaten Kudus. Ini dikatakannya dalam penutupan Orientasi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) Guru Angkatan Pertama tahun 2022 di Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Sonyawarih Menawan, Jumat (7/10) pagi.
“Seorang guru jasanya luar biasa, mengajar baca dan tulis hingga anak menjadi pintar. Maka dari itu, Pemerintah Kabupaten Kudus berupaya bagaimana caranya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru, khususnya non ASN,” Katanya.
Dirinya pun memastikan nasib para guru PPPK dengan memaksimalkan kontrak kerja dengan Pemkab Kudus selama periodenya menjabat Kepala Daerah.
“Oleh karena itu, selagi saya menjabat Kepala Daerah, pasti saya berikan kontrak maksimal 5 tahun. Dengan catatan tidak melakukan kesalahan fatal. Ketika saya sudah tidak menjabat, saya siap berdiri memperjuangkan nasib PPPK guru dihadapan Kepala Daerah baru,” tegasnya.
Dalam diklat ini, diharap para PPPK guru mendapatkan pelajaran agar mampu memberikan pendidikan bagi anak didiknya, apalagi di era digitalisasi ini.
Dirinya juga berpesan agar selama mendidik murid selalu mengedepankan obyektifitas dalam mengajar dan tidak membeda-bedakan antar siswa.
“Pesan saya, selalu obyektif kepada seluruh anak didik, jangan beda-bedakan antara anak orang mampu dan orang tidak mampu,” pesannya.
Plt. Kepala BKPP Kudus, Putut Winarno memberi laporan pada Bupati bahwa diklat ini merupakan angkatan pertama dari formasi PPPK guru.
“Pak Bupati hadir untuk memberikan motivasi pada kita dalam penutupan diklat ini. Dapat kami laporkan, sebelum menjadi PPPK, beliau sudah mengajar dari K2 (Honorer). Sementara jumlah yang ikut diklat ada sebanyak 48, yang hadir 47 orang dan 1 orang ijin sakit,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu, Mardi Susanto, Guru SD 2 Ngembalrejo Bae mengatakan siap untuk berkompetisi dengan ASN guru lainnya dalam memberikan pengajaran pada generasi penerus bangsa.
“Kami siap berkompetisi dengan guru lainnya dari golongam ASN dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pendidikan di Kabupaten Kudus,” ujarnya. (*)
