Kapolres Jepara AKBP Warsono saat pers release di Mapolres Jepara menerangkan, peristiwa pencabulan itu bermula saat Korbannya berinisial UN (39) yang juga merupakan tetangga tersangka memiliki penyakit yang tak kunjung sembuh. Korban bermaksud untuk berobat ke dukun tersebut hingga akhirnya berhasil sembuh.
” Korbannya tetangga sendiri, awalnya korban berniat untuk melakukan pengobatan atas penyakit yang ia derita. Pengobatan pertama berhasil sembuh,” kata Kapolres Senin (14/2/22).
Selanjutnya ungkap Kapolres, korban yang sebelumnya berobat itu mendatangi dukun itu, dengan niatan agar dilancarkan rejekinya. Hal itu karena sang Korban mempunyai hutang banyak. Oleh dukun itu korban disarankan untuk melakukan ritual mandi kembang dengan telanjang.
” Saat melakukan ritual itulah sang dukun melakukan aksi tak senonoh kepada korbannya, dengan tujuan agar korban dilancarkan rejekinya. Kejadian itu ada yang dilakukan di rumah korban saat suami korban berangkat melaut, ” ungkap Kapolres.
Kejadian itu kata Kapolres tidak hanya menimpa seorang korban saja melainkan ada dua Korban lainya yang kini dijadikan sebagai saksi. Kedua korban itu belum sampai diajak sang dukun untuk melakukan hubungan layaknya suami istri. Namun sudah melakukan ritual mandi kembang dengan telanjang bulat.
Atas perbuatannya itu, sang dukun cabul melanggar pasal 289 KUHP dan atau Pasal 285 KUHP dengan ancaman penjara paling lama 12 tahun penjara.
