Hal tersebut diungkapkannya saat melantik empat kepala desa antarwaktu masa jabatan 2019-2025 di Pendopo Kabupaten Kudus, Jum’at (17/12). Kapolres Kudus AKBP Aditya Surya Dharma dan Dandim 0722 Kudus Letkol Kav. Indarto turut hadir dalam acara.
Hartopo melantik Anif Zjuhri sebagai Kepada Desa Jekulo, Umar sebagai Kepala Desa Cendono, Muhammad Izzudin Abdussalam sebagai Kepala Desa Kauman, dan Agus Susanto sebagai Kepala Desa Jati Weran. Pihaknya mengucapkan selamat bertugas bagi seluruh kepala desa yang baru saja dilantik.
Seluruh kepala desa diminta langsung berkoordinasi dengan seluruh elemen seperti BPD, Babinsa dan Bhabinkamtibmas untuk membahas program dan mengupayakan desa yang kondusif. Hartopo menanti inovasi program sehingga tidak monoton. Pihaknya pun mendorong kepala desa mengajak karang taruna dan paguyuban lainnya untuk berkolaborasi. Sehingga desa bisa lebih produktif dan maju.
“Programnya jangan monoton itu-itu saja. Bisa dengan menggandeng karang taruna agar lebih produktif,” paparnya.
Pihaknya pun menginstruksikan agar kepala desa fokus bekerja melayani masyarakat. Hartopo meminta kepala desa tidak menjadi alat politik kepentingan siapapun dan meninggalkan kewajiban. Seluruh kebutuhan yang menjadi prioritas masyarakat diminta untuk segera ditindaklanjuti. Selain itu, pihaknya meminta kepala desa mengedepankan pemerintahan yang transparan.
“Harapan kami kepala desa fokus bekerja dalam melayani masyarakat, tidak ada yang lain. Mohon untuk menindaklanjuti apa yang menjadi kebutuhan prioritas masyarakat,” lanjutnya.
Sementara itu, pihaknya mengingatkan kepala desa untuk menggenjot vaksinasi lansia sehingga bisa dilanjutkan vaksinasi anak-anak usia 6-11 tahun. Pasalnya, sampai saat ini vaksinasi lansia Kudus belum mencapai target yakni 60 persen.
“Perlu diingat ini masih pandemi. Salah satu penanganan Covid-19 yang perlu digenjot adalah vaksinasi lansia. Saya minta pak kepala desa ikut menyukseskan agar vaksinasi lansia mencapai target,” pungkasnya
