KlikFakta.com, Demak – Romadon (41), Warga Desa Jatimulyo, Kecamatan Bonang, Kabupaten Demak, menjadi korban penganiayaan temannya sendiri di tempat karaoke tepatnya di karaoke Gading Semi, Desa Trengguli, Kecamatan Wonosalam, Kabupaten Demak, Jawa Tengah.
Akibat penganiayaan tersebut, membuat kepala korban mengalami luka, mata memar dan kepala pusing.
Ketiga tersangka yakni, Supoyono (22), Agus Wahyudi (27), serta satu pelaku lainnya masih dalam pencarian yaitu Muhammad Sarifudin (27).
Tak terima dengan ketiga temannya, Romadon melaporkannya ke Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Demak, Senin (20/9).
“Terkait tindak pidana pengeroyokan yang terjadi kemarin kita berhasil melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku atas nama Supoyono dan Agus Wahyudi di rumah masing-masing. Namun satu pelaku atas nama Muhammad Sarifudin berhasil melarikan diri, hingga kini masih dalam pengejaran,” kata Kapolres Demak AKBP Budi Adhy Buono, saat gelar perkara di Mapolres Demak, Jum’at (24/9/2021).
Berdasarkan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh tim penyidik Satreskrim Polres Demak, motif dari para pelaku melakukan aksinya itu karena korban tidak mau membayar biaya karaoke yang sudah di janjikan korban sebelumnya.
“Motifnya karena pelaku ini menuduh korban melarikan diri saat sedang karaoke bersama. Pelaku marah lantaran saat sedang karaoke tiba-tiba petugas karaoke menghentikan mereka dan menagih biaya sewa, padahal korban sebelumnya berjanji akan membayar semua biaya karaoke. Tak terima atas kejadian itu, pelaku kemudian mencari korban dan melakukan penganiayaan,” ungkap AKBP Budi.
Atas kejadian tersebut, tersangka dikenakan Pasal 170 KUHP tentang pengeroyokan atau penganiayaan.
“Sementara kita gunakan pasal 170 KUHP terkait pengeroyokan atau penganiayaan dengan ancaman hukuman 5 tahun penjara,” pungkasnya. (Agil)
