Hal ini dilakukan guna memeperingati HUT PDIP ke 48 yang diselenggarakan secara serentak.
Sekretaris DPC PDIP Kabupaten Kudus, Achmad Yusuf Roni mengatakan, pada hari ini DPC PDI Perjuangan Kabupaten Kudus, melaksanakan rangkaian peringatan HUT PDIP ke-48. Kegiatan ini dilakukan serentak secara nasional.
“Peringatan hari ulang tahun PDI Perjuangan ke-48 kita awali dengan gerakan penanaman pohon serentak secara nasional,” ucap Yusuf di Kawasan Patiayam, Desa Terban, Jekulo, Kudus, Sabtu (9/1).
Lebih lanjut, Pihaknya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada PT Pura Group yang sudah membantu PDIP dalam rangka program pelestarian lingkungan.
“Kita juga berterima kasih sekali karena dari PT Pura Group berkenan untuk membantu kita PDI Perjuangan, dalam rangka program pelestarian lingkungan khususnya di wilayah Desa Terban,” kata dia.
“Pelestarian lingkungan kita bersama dengan masyarakat kelompok tani hutan di desa Terban ini bisa kembali mengolah lahan, dengan tanaman-tanaman yang lebih produktif. Dan juga yang dapat untuk menahan atau mencegah dari bencana banjir maupun longsor,” sambung Yusuf.
Sementara itu, General Manager HR-GA Pura Group, Agung Subani mengatakan dalam rangka HUT PDIP ke-48 yang di gelar secara nasional PT Pura Group mendistribusikan pohon sekitar 500 pohon.
“Kita distribusikan sesuai dengan luasan lahan. Kurang lebih sekitar 500 pohon itu untuk kategori buah-buahan,” jelasnya.
Menurutnya, program penghijauan lahan atau penanaman pohon di area-area yang rawan bencana baik rawan banjir maupun longsor dan sebagainya, dengan kondisi seperti itu dari PT Pura Group tergerak untuk ikut berkontribusi.
“Program ini berimplikasinya bukan hanya untuk saat ini. Tetapi untuk jangka panjang sehingga apa yang kita tanamkan di sini itu nanti akan bisa dinikmati oleh anak cucu kita di masa mendatang. Dengan begitu Pura Group itu dengan sukarela dan dengan senang hati memberikan support,” tandasnya.
