Penjabat Bupati Jepara, Edy Supriyanta menyebut, pihaknya telah menggugat para direksi dan komisaris BJA baik yang masih aktif maupun yang dinonaktifkan.
“Walaupun kita tidak menggugat, kewajiban direksi untuk bertanggungjawab,” katanya.
Humas PN Jepara, Tri Sugondo membetulkan adanya gugatan perdata yang dilayangkan oleh Pemkab Jepara.
“Iya, ada gugatan masuk ke PN Jepara nomer perkara 30/Pdt.G/2024/PN Jpa dengan klasifikasi perkara perbuatan melawan hukum,” papar dia.
Ia memaparkan, gugatan perbuatan melawan hukum didaftarkan pada Senin (22/4/2024) dengan tergugat Jhendik Handoko, Iwan Nur Susetyo, Jamaludin Kamal, Mulyaji, dan Agung Partono.
Dijadwalkan, persidangan pertama pada Senin (29/4/2024).
Edy menyebut, langkah untuk menggugat para direksi dan komisaris merupakan tindaklanjut dari arahan BPK untuk menyelamatkan BJA.
“Itu kan arahan dari BPK bahwa kita harus melakukan langkah-langkah,” sebutnya.
Ia menambahkan, saat ini sudah mendaftarkan gugatan perdata ke pengadilan agar para direksi dan komisaris dapat bertanggungjawab.
“Semua harus bertanggungjawab. Siapa yang melakukan harus bertanggungjawab,” ucap Edy.
Sementara itu, Sekda Jepara, Edy Sujatmiko menambahkan, Pemkab Jepara menggugat para direksi dan komisaris sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab mereka dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang dimodali oleh Pemkab.
“Bertanggungjawab terhadap yaitu modal yang kita tanamkan,” katanya.
Sebagai informaai, saat ini, BPR BJA berstatus Bank Dalam Pengawasan (BDP) oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). (adv)
