Marak Uang Palsu, Ada Hubungan dengan Pilkada Serentak ?

 klikFakta.com, JAKARTA – Dalam beberapa pekan terakhir, polisi mengungkap sindikat uang palsu di sejumlah daerah. Di Bogor, aparat meloloskan uang pecahan Rp 100 ribu juga 60 ribu lembar. Di Surabaya, terungkap peredaran uang pecahan Rp 100 ribu sebanyak 916 lembar dan 10.000 dolar Singapura. Bumerang pun disebut uang dengan pilkada, yakni untuk politik uang.
Ketua DPR Bambang Soesatyo merespon hal tersebut. Pihaknya Menunjuk Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) yang menelisik peredaran uang. Dia lebih meningkatkan jumlah uang yang ada dengan Pilkada Serentak 2018 dan Persiapan Pemilu 2019. Bambang mengatakan, fenomena itu tak perlu dibiarkan.
”BIN perlu melakukan pekerjaan khusus pembuatan jaringan dan pengedar uang. Kami juga menolak menciptakan regulasi yang berdampak cepat dalam mengantisipasi peredaran uang, ”kata Bamsoet, sapaan akrabnya, seperti dikutip suaramerdeka, Rabu (28/3/2018).
Menurut dia, Komisi Pemilihan Umum telah membuat regulasi jitu untuk mengantisipasi politik uang pada Pilkada Serentak 2018 dan Pemilu 2019.
Dia juga mendesak untuk mengungkap aktor intelektual di balik pemalsuan itu. Di sisi lain, Bank Indonesia (BI) perlu menghitung sistem uang tunai rupiah dengan teknologi terbaru. Sebagai perbandingan, negaranegara di Eropa sudah menggunakan kinegram untuk fitur keamanan uang mereka.
”Keaslian uang rupiah harus bisa ditayangan atau dipalsukan. Eropa sudah memakai kinegram, sementara rupiah masih menggunakan teknologi hologram, ”katanya.
Disparitas, Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Keuangan (PPATK) gangguan 1.066 laporan transaksi keuangan dan 53 transaksi melalui pelaksanaan Pilkada Serentak 2018. Kendati demikian, sesuai Kepala PPATK Kiagus Ahmad Badaruddin, Temuan itu belum tentu merupakan tindak pidana.
“Tapi itu adalah laporan transaksi,” katanya dalam Diskusi Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Pencucian Uang dan Pendanaan Terorisme dengan Pers Nasional di Bogor, kemarin.
Ia menambahkan, temuan itu akan diperdalam atau dibagi-bagi lagi, mana yang benar-benar tindak pidana. Sebelumnya, PPATK menyebutkan bahwa ke-1.119 transaksi yang terjadi sejak akhir 2017 hingga awal 2018.
Menurut Wakil Kepala PPATK Dian Ediana Rae, nilai sebagian transaksi mencapai puluhan miliar rupiah. “Ini terkait pilkada, secara otomatis juga berkaitan dengan calon-calon kepala daerah itu,” ungkap Dian.
Menurutnya, laporan-laporan tersebut akan agar-agar bisa diganti ke pihak yang terhormat. “Kalau itu terkait pemilu kami bawa ke Badan Pengawas Pemilu, korupsi ke Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, kalau dengar biasa ke kepolisian,” jelasnya.
